Single Night            $175.00 includes cleaning charge
Two Night Stay      $160.00/night
Multiple Night Stay - 3Days or more $140.00
These are commissionable rates 10%

Rental Policy

Sleeping configuration – one couple, or one person per bed
Credit card authorization for damage deposit
Check In 4:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am
Full payment upon booking
Email confirmation of booking
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive full refund.
